    It should be the landlords responsibilities. If your paying rent on time then he should fork for the elevator.


    it is the right of any one who rents to gain optimal benefits from the land lord. elevators are such useful today, and not having them fixed can impose changes on our time management.modernization is good esp in our economy today

    I think he has the right to do such action. He has been paying properly yet the landlord isn't doing his job well.
