District attorney candidate Seth Williams' request to have two more days to put together a challenge to competitor Dan McCaffery's nomination petition has been denied, according to McCaffery spokesman Joshua Morrow and Williams spokesman Dan Fee.
Williams had argued that because there was a two-day delay in his campaign receiving copies of the signatures in support of McCaffery's petition that he should have two more days to prepare a challenge.
McCaffery's challenge to Williams' nomination petition on the grounds that Williams didn't disclose some of his campaign-related income on his statement of financial interest has been continued until Monday, Morrow and Fee said.
Williams' challenge to competitor Michael Turner's nomination petition is going to be heard Monday, Turner's attorney Larry Otter, a Doylestown solo practitioner, and Fee said.
