Lower Bucks Hospital looked to Saul Ewing attorneys for help with its Wednesday Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing.
According to the docket in the case, Jeffrey C. Hampton, a partner and co-chairman of Saul Ewing’s bankruptcy and restructuring department, and bankruptcy partner Adam H. Isenberg filed the hospital’s voluntary petition and related filings.
According to the petition, Saul Ewing was hired under a general retainer as bankruptcy counsel.
The hospital cited in its filings continued revenue losses over the last two years despite cost-cutting measures taken in 2008.
